INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS WHO HAVE BOOKED

Please arrive at 30 minutes before your round for checkin

Please note that your child's place is only secure if you have completed the process and made a payment. If payment is not received your child will not be booked in. 

Please keep your confirmation email and gocardless email as confirmation of payment (This will show as paypal) you may be asked to show this on the day.

By completing this form online you are giving consent for your child to take part in gymnastic activities and emergency first aid being administered if needed.

PLEASE NOTE

- For competitions - We now we have a 7 day cancellation policy. Any cancellations within 7 days of the date booked will not be given a refund. If your child is unwell, a doctors note MUST be provided for a refund. All refunds incur a £5.00 admin fee.

- If you have booked the wrong age group - we will email you - your correct round time. If your round is full - we will refund you - All refunds incur a £5.00 admin fee.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please ensure all jewellery is taken off before the session, including earrings.

All long hair MUST be tied back 

Krystina will be available to do hair - more details will be emailed once you have booked

Recreational - Boys - please wear your red northwood tshirt and black shorts

Recreational - Girls - You can wear your red northwood tshirt or a leotard with black gymnastic shorts

Leotards, shorts and tshirts are available to buy at the club

INVITE GROUPS - MUST WEAR THE NORTHWOOD INVITE GROUP UNIFORM - a separate email will be sent 

All gymnasts MUST have bear feet - unless they have a varucca - then they can only wear grip socks

MEDICATION

 If your child needs medication during the competition . Please ensure that this is clearly labelled with their name and handed to the team at checkin.

PHOTOS

A professional photographer wll be there on the day - to capture your gymnasts in action

REFRESHMENTS

There will be refreshments available on the day at the Royal Masonic Venue

PARKING

There is parking on site - but this gets very busy - so you may need to allow extra time to find nearby alternative parking
