Recreational Gymnastics

Yes the first session is your trial. 

You pay this when you book.

The fee taken at registration is for your trial session ONLY in your chosen class.

This is the class you are choosing to enrol in.

At this stage you will set up -pre-authorised payments. 

We hope your trial goes well - After your trial - You will be sent an email to ask you if you would like to join and more information about how to join

Returning after your trial - you do not need to do anything - payment is taken and you are enrolled in the class.

Not returning

We ask you to contact us within 48 hours afer your trial, via email to cancel your space. 

If we do not hear from you - you will enrolled in the class.

If you join - you will set up an automated payment 

The fee also includes the £30.00 joining fee.

If you start attending sessions - please  see our 'refunds terms and conditions' on our website.

All refunds incur a £5.00 admin fee.

The trial is to check you and your child are happy with the class and club. We welcome all abilities - we are a club for all!

An additional fee of £22.00 will need to be purchased for British Gymnastics Membership. 

This is paid direct to British Gymnastics once you join. Details will be given when you join.

You will  receive a confirmation email and a payment confirmation for your trial when you book. 

Your trial is the week you book.Please only book when you are ready to attend your trial.

You may be asked to show your confirmation email  at the club, so please keep them safe. You may be refused entry without these.

Your trial date will be in your confirmation email.

We do not refund any sessions that you missed if you do not attend your trial on the correct date. We will not contact you if you miss your trial.

PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TRIAL TO REGISTER

If a member of the admin team  is not available there will be a coach standing at the doors of the hall who will have a register. We ask that you are ready to pick your child up 5 minutes before the class finishes so your child is able to find you when they come out of the gym.

Please email us BEFORE  your trial date.  Spaces cannot be held in a class without payment.

We will either offer you a refund and you will need to email us to rebook your trial.

If you want to keep that space for a later date - payment is needed to to hold spaces for the week you cannot attend.

Please note - if you do not email us before your trial and you miss it - we will not refund your trial.

A 45 minute class is £11.80 

A 1 hour class is £12.40

In addition to this you will need to pay a one OFF joining fee of £30.00 (refundable if you decide not to join after your trial).

Once you have completed your trial, you will  also need to purchase annual British Gymnastics Membership. This is £15 for Preschool and £22.00 for Gymnast.

You pay and book your trial via the website.

45 minute class - £11.80

1 hour class £12.40

Payment is due before the class to secure your space.

(You can collect your T-shirt, water bottle and bag the following session after your trial)

Our fees do not include  British Gymastics Membership. This is an additional £22.00 after you have joined. (£15.00 for Preschool)

Every Gymnast must have Membership (Insurance) with British Gymnastics.

Due to a high demand for spaces and a growing waiting list, in order to secure your space, we only accept applications via the above online form or the form link we email out. The form allows you to make a payment to secure your space. 

We email you after your trial to see if you would like to join.

WE CANNOT HOLD A SPACE WITH PAYMENT BEING MADE.

St Helen's venue has a viewing area for family and friends to watch the whole session.

There is currently - no Indoor viewing area at Northwood School  -We do open the firedoors when the weather permits. to allow parents and carers to watch. Please note - when the weather is too cold and will impact  the gymnasts in the hall the doors will be closed.

Please note that we do not keep an order on our waiting list. 

We email everyone on the list a link to book when spaces are available.

Tracksuit bottoms or leggings and a t-shirt. If you enrol your child for the class you will receive a Northwood Gymnastics  t-shirt as part of your new members pack which can then be worn at every lesson.

Leotards and shorts are also worn and are available to purchase at the school and online.

All long hair must be tied up and no Jewellery can be worn.
