All abilities welcome...

We are a recreational gymnastics club and welcome  gymnasts of all ages and all abilities.

We focus on floor, tumble and vault skills.

We do not teach bars or beam.

The sessions are structured around each gymnast's abilities so that their skills can develop, but at the same time are designed to be fun.

We follow the RISE - British Gymnastics Award Scheme -  so that gymnasts are able to work towards badges.

There is also an annual club competition which gymnasts aged 4yrs+ are invited to compete in.

All our coaches are qualified with British Gymnastics, DBS checked

All Lead Coaches are first aid trained
